A Saudi court upholds the ruling issued against the activist Loujain Al-Hathloul

Reuters said on Wednesday that a Saudi court has upheld the original ruling of the human rights activist Loujain Al-Hathloul, who accuses her of violating the anti-terrorism law.

A court had sentenced Al-Hathloul last December to 6 years in prison under the cybercrime and anti-terrorism laws, but the authorities released her last month after serving half of the prison sentence, and imposed a 5-year travel ban on her.
