  2. They were doing so well with the culture war too. All the HK celebs have now moved to work in China. HK movie industry is worse than a shell of its former self. China provides many work and study opportunities for young people of HK/Taiwan. Mandarin slowly taking over… If they have just waited that full 50 years, the HK populace might even be receptive of returning to the motherland.
