  1. Sorry, but I gotta back Cuba on this one. Fuck the American government for doing this ticky-tack bullshit when lives are at stake.

  2. Its OK cuba, we know they lie and elect evil assholes.

  3. So their doctors get paid $50 a month plus expenses living in the host country. We should pay the same for Doctors here in exchange for free medical school.
    I’m sure they’ll love that.

  4. Cuba sent doctors in Europe to help. China has sent both medical staff as well as medical equipment to Europe to help. Even Russia sent medical supplies to Europe to help.

What has America sent to Europe?

  5. > The State Department said the Cuban state, which provides free education, “keeps most of the salary its doctors and nurses earn while serving in its international medical missions while exposing them to egregious labor conditions.”

    > Cuba says it pays its medical professionals enough money to cover their expenses in their host country, on top of a salary of around $50 a month paid in Cuba.

I mean, this is pretty abusive labor forced by the Cuban government.

  6. And as an American, I don’t really care what Cuba has to say. But I did love the press conference Castro gave when he said he was wrong about the revolution.

Edit: Why is this being thumbed down, you can probably find it on youtube. It was the last sit down interview he gave.
