Factors delaying the formation of the new Sudanese government

Problems are crowded in Sudan and solutions are stalled before the authority. Political forces believe that forming a new government is the beginning of resolving crises, but the conditions set by the political forces regarding their shares of ministerial seats delay the formation of the government.
