The young Norwegian star Erling Haaland continues to shine with his country’s national team, sweeping the net with his abundant goals, which doubled the desire of major clubs, especially Real Madrid, to sign him.
Haaland, 20, scored the first international hat-trick for Norway during its 4-0 win over Romania on Sunday in the European Nations League, including two goals with the help of promising Real Madrid star Martin Odegaard.
Haaland thanked his compatriot Odegaard after the match, which increased speculation among Real Madrid fans that the two could repeat their partnership at the level of the royal club, and that Odegaard, the rising star of the royal, would be the way of his friend and colleague Haaland to the Santiago Bernabeu.
Haaland posted a picture on social media after the match, showing him carrying the match ball alongside Odegaard in the locker room.
Since joining Borussia Dortmund in the winter transfers this year, Haaland has played for his German team 18 matches in all competitions and scored 16 goals, in addition to 3 assists.
