How long and how many foreign forces will depend on the intensity of the Afghan conflict

Afghan President Ashraf Ghani said that the length of stay of foreign forces and the number of them in Afghanistan depends on the intensity of the conflict there, and this came during his speech before the United Nations Human Rights Council in Geneva.
