    That keeps many service people employed.

  3. That’s actually a really good plan of action. It beats getting better on a horrible hospital ward too.

  4. What about when the mildly ill progress to severely ill?
    Are they jus transported from the hotel to the hospital at that point?
    My understanding is that the sickness can very often progress in extreme bursts.
    Overall this is a good plan if it is fully fleshed out.

  6. A lot of seemingly mild cases can become severe extremely quickly, so let’s see if those people get to th hospital quickly enough.
