  1. It’s weird that out of Japan, South Korea, and China, I would have expected Japan to be the most on top of virus control. Seems like only China and South Korea took it seriously.

  2. The article says 6,500 people attended, but I saw on the news that it was roughly 9000

  3. Heres a Japanese news segment on it: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VEPNStYTxco&feature=emb_title](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VEPNStYTxco&feature=emb_title) (You can see the lines)

  4. I live in Japan and everyone I talk to (minus foreigners) think Japan is safe and aren’t really worried. In fact they’re more worried about the inconvenience off potential lock down. Yet they’re hoarding toilet paper. Rather contradictory.

In nicer news my coworker gave me a present today…. Toilet paper

  5. Olympic Games! The real number in Japan is much higher
