  2. If a hostel bed costs 30£ a night in a dorm, 30x5000x365 is only 60mil. So for only a few pounds per person we could ruin backpacking for young tourists

  3. Why am I not surprised seeing this come from Labour who believe without any evidence that the homeless are normal fully functioning people who just fell on hard times? Sure some are, but most likely are not.

    This will not and cannot solve the problem.
