The other day on the radio I heard the many issues with the Order of Succession in the Puerto Rico governorship troubles. People ineligible all the way down the chain for one reason or the other.
It reminded me of the Battlestar Galactica opener, where the top ranks were all wiped out and the presidency went to the Secretary of Education.
Except in Puerto Rico’s case, the likely successor is even below the Secretary of Education.
