  1. Who would have thought making the legal products available to consumers would be the key? I’m shocked people didn’t immediately drop their steady link, who comes within the hour, to register with the government, overpay and wait three+ days to miss the post person and have to go to a store the next day after six, but before nine.

  5. OCS serves a gap in the market but will never make a real dent in the black market supply. Realizing this instead of fighting it might help strengthen their market position..
