  2. Ok ok so it’s not austerity and the fact you can’t dump anything at the tip anymore? In Aberdeen you can’t use a tip if you borrow a van! Seriously if you use a van with a logo on it you won’t get in, it has to be hired. And then they tell you (we can’t take empty paint cans it’s a different site) WTF
