Qatar and Turkey sign agreements for military cooperation at the conclusion of the joint committee meetings

Qatar and Turkey signed agreements for military cooperation at the conclusion of the Joint Military High Committee meetings in Doha on Tuesday.

The Chief of Staff of the Qatari Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Pilot Ghanem bin Shaheen Al-Ghanim, reviewed the military relations between the two sides with the Turkish Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Yasar Guler, who is currently visiting Qatar.

The Joint Military Committee held its meetings over a period of 3 days, during which cooperation plans and ways to enhance them were discussed, under the supervision of Brigadier General Abdul Aziz Saleh Al-Sulaiti, head of the International Military Cooperation Authority from the Qatari side, and Brigadier General Haqan Chanli, head of the Foreign Relations Department from the Turkish side.
