  2. Its always hard to hear about the victims, but this is hopeful.

    They where one of the countries that got hit first and still managed to avoid (so far) a high number of deaths. If only the rest of the world was half as responsible as S Korea is.

  3. A prominent reason for the infection rate spiking every so often is protestant church clusters. There’s some still refusing to shutdown services and it seems to be mostly the smaller churches because they need the weekly donations to pay for rent. I understand but for the good of their own congregation they need to shutdown.

    Some are just being stubborn for the sake of it, unfortunately protestant churches are one of the pillars of the opposition conservatives’ support. That predisposes them to simply disagree with the current “communist” government. The cult isn’t protestant but it’s also a firm supporter of the opposition and they’re getting political protection from them.

    Numbers like 64 per day are probably to be expected without shutting the borders and shutting down the economy.
