The Israeli occupation warplanes launched raids in the early hours of Saturday dawn on monitoring sites of the Palestinian resistance in separate areas of the Gaza Strip.
Al-Jazeera correspondent confirmed that the bombing caused two injuries among the citizens, their condition was described as light, in addition to material damage.
The Palestinian resistance movement (Hamas) said that shrapnel from the Israeli missiles hit a children’s hospital and a rehabilitation center for people with special needs.
On the other hand, the spokesman for the occupation army said that the bombing targeted sites belonging to Hamas, including a site for the production of missile weapons.
On Friday evening, the Israeli army announced that the Iron Dome system intercepted two rockets launched from the Gaza Strip towards Ashkelon and the Israeli settlements bordering the northern Gaza Strip.
The Israeli army said that the two rockets were intercepted and dropped in an open area, indicating that no damage or injuries were recorded.
In the Gaza Strip, none of the Palestinian factions has claimed responsibility for the two rockets.
Israel has imposed a suffocating blockade on the Gaza Strip since 2007, and it has launched 3 wars on the Strip with the aim of eliminating the Palestinian resistance movements, but it has not achieved any of its goals.
