  1. This certainly wont be abused.

  2. im sure this wont cause any dissent among the middle class

  3. pwhaha what are these sensational news? These kind of laws already exist in many western countries.

Here in Denmark the local government can expropriate your property (against compensation) if it deems it to be in the interest of the “common good”.

And if you think this won’t be used or abused, then here is an example of a farmer which got his land seized so that a music festival could expand.

    > The provision also required the governments to issue official requisition documents to the property owners, and return the items or compensate owners in accordance with the law.

    > The Property Law also included a clause that states property belonging to companies and individuals can be requisitioned by the government in cases of emergency, but the owners should be compensated or have it returned after use.

    > The provincial law also requires local governments and communities to strengthen management and check-ups, register and closely monitor individuals and report any abnormalities, strictly ban trade and consumption of wild game, and punish acts that prevent diagnosis and treatment by medical professionals.

  5. CCP: Everything including human lives in China is mine.

  6. I don’t care about them taking property. I care that this means they don’t have enough facilities to care for the infected. They don’t have enough medical staff either. And they want to say they only have around 44,000 infected. Probably more like 300,000 by now. Deaths in the thousands. Why else would they do this. Yeah. Not adding up.
