  1. The Afghanistan madness has not been resolved in the last twenty years, and it won’t be resolved in the next twenty years either most likely.

  2. Attack is suspected to be green on blue.

  3. They will NEVER stop resisting us

No matter how many “insurgents” we kill and wedding parties we vaporize, we have been defeated

    Time 2 withdraw

    > KABUL, Afghanistan – American and Afghan military personnel were fired on while conducting an operation in Afghanistan's eastern Nangarhar province, the U.S. military said Saturday.

    > In his State of the Union Address on Tuesday, President Donald Trump referenced the peace talks, saying U.S. soldiers were not meant to serve as "law enforcement agencies" for other nations.

    > "In Afghanistan, the determination and valor of our war fighters has allowed us to make tremendous progress, and peace talks are now underway, " he said.

  5. Just get the fuck out of there what the fuck are they even doing?

  6. >A source familiar with the matter tells me today’s attack in Afghanistan involved 3rd Bn, 7th Special Forces Group. At least 2 Americans killed, six wounded. Could be as many 9 more casualties with Afghan partner force

  7. how could Iran have done this! /s

  8. “Don’t worry. They’re just headaches. They knew what they were getting in to.” -Trump

  9. One point that’s continuously been raised is that many in the US don’t understand local psychology and history.

In places like Afghanistan there are villages that are only barely aware of the outside world. In peaceful times life begins in the village you were born in and is likely to end within a circle drawn by the next village or two over. Historically speaking these villages largely didn’t really bother with anything away from them other than mutual support in times of need. So when you’ve got someone showing up saying that there is a horrible group of raiding bandits killing women and children asking for a few of your own able bodied men to help fend them off, you gather up a few of the lesser necessary people and send them off because that’s what you do in times of need. As news filters back that things are going worse and worse for your side and you hear about all these atrocities the other side is committing (which don’t even need to be true since the locals don’t have any way to verify it) then you start digging deeper into whatever sorts of pockets you’ve got.

We’d have accomplished more in stopping the support of the terrorist groups by spending a billion dollars bringing internet to these towns than on a billion dollars of weapons.

  10. Trump- they just had headaches

  11. We don’t belong in Afghanistan. Period.

CIA: Bu bu but we need the drugs.

    Tail wags the dog.

  12. Cue in the US regime linking this to Iran… guaranteed.
