Watch .. Iranian Persepolis qualifies for the final of the Asian champions at the expense of the Saudi victory

Iran’s Persepolis team qualified for the final of the AFC Champions League, after beating Saudi Arabia’s Al-Nasr 5-3 on penalties in the semi-final match that was held in the Qatari capital, Doha.

The two teams ruled for penalties after the end of the original and extra time of the match, which was held at Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium in Qatar’s Al Sadd Club, with a 1-1 draw.

Al-Nassr started by scoring with a penalty kick that was confidently shot by Moroccan striker Abdel-Razek Hamdallah in the 36th minute, and Mahdi Abdi Karra equalized for Persepolis with a header in the 42nd minute.

Al-Nassr failed to take advantage of Persepolis’s numerical shortfall after his player Ihssan Bahlawan was sent off for receiving a second match warning in the 104th minute of the first extra half.

Qatar hosted the West Asian Champions League competitions in the combined tournament system, which began on September 14 and concluded today, Saturday, according to the decision of the Asian Football Confederation due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
