Fattouh, left back Zamalek, doubled the score in the 32nd minute, with a solo effort in which 4 players from Smouha dodged, before he hit the ball strong in the left corner of the goal.
Zamalek raised its score to 7 points from 3 games to advance to second place, while Smouha stuck at 5 points in eighth place from 4 games, and El Gouna leads the competition with 8 points from 4 games.
