  3. One would think the country with the most advanced facial recognition technology and all sorts of social media registered with real-name system would be able to track its own citizens travelling abroad.

    But in times like these, China’s technology seemingly disappeared or weren’t used to stop their citizens from spreading diseases to other continents around the world.
